First, google “sophos free for Mac” and go to their website. On the main page, click on the “Download now” button under “Sophos Home Free.”. Don’t download Premium. The free version comes as a trial of the Premium, so if you end up liking the product, you can always upgrade later. Start Sophos Installer from the Downloads folder.
- Sophos Home Free has shrunk its Mac edition down to a menu bar button with a tiny pop-up window. All the settings and logs reside online. However, the independent labs no longer include it in.
